Bangkok Bold as known as Joh Bangkok was named to call a group of people who has their own bold cooking style for unique Thai taste which was found by Head Chef Nhoi Ouypornchaisakul who graduated in culinary arts from the States, has been searching for inspirations, traveling and exploring the way local is from the way local eats throughout Thailand, nearby countries and around the world. All impressive and inspirational stories, eating and cooking cultures started out from her food journey into her food journal in a form of a food blog as known as. Later, “Bangkok Bold Cooking Studio” (2015-2018) has herself established in an old town of Bangkok and teamed up many professional chefs who all have Bangkok Bold’s DNA whose the same dreams and passions to share people about the precise art form of Thai dishes, the indigenous knowledge, secret recipes, unknown and forgotten ingredients and delightful mystery of Thai taste. “Bangkok Bold Kitchen” is the latest brainchild of hers, it’s an uncompromising Thai restaurant where brings the local to the city that’s at the same time precise, sincere and lots of flavours while stand still dishing out straightforward the heritage of Thai taste naturally is, “Basic and Bold”.
