The display of various oysters, the main concept of the restaurant, firstly seen when entered. Customers can choose up to their preferences. The chosen oysters are opened and served just right at the bar on the iced tray served with the restaurant’s specialty sauce and lemon (seafood sauce) and red wine vinaigrette. Sea water in the oyster shell is recommended as for their vitamins and different tastes of the original source of sea water where the oysters come from.
